Herein, we suggested a new strategy for a high biological activity through the immobilization of enzymes on gold (Au) nanoparticles deposited on graphene sheets by specific interaction of organophosphorus hydrolase fused gold binding peptides (GBP-OPH) with Au nanoparticles. GBP-OPH/Au-graphene nanobio-objects were expected that fast electron transfer, response time, and ability to retain activity for organophosphate pesticides reactions achieved due to the favorable architectures of immobilized GBP-OPH with large active sites.The electrochemical properties of GBP-OHP/Au-graphene sensor assembly were carefully analyzed by cyclic voltametry and amperometric measurements. |
