제목 Thermal and rheological characterization of poly(ether-block-amide) copolymer-carbon nanotube composites
초록 The rheological and other physical properties of Pebax and Pebax/MWNTs composites (MWNTs : 0.25 - 5 wt %) were investigated. The crystallization temperature (Tc) of Pebax/MWNTs composites increased by ca. 8 oC compared with Tc of neat Pebax. The melting temperature (Tm) of nanocomposites was decreased slightly with increasing MWNTs content except only 0.25 wt %. Pebax and every nanocomposites were shown non-Newtonian fluid behavior over most of the angular frequency range studied. The incorporation of MWNTs to Pebax matrix increased the η*. At the content 2 wt % and above, the electrical conductivity appeared and increased with increasing MWNTs content. The tensile strength was slightly increased only at 0.25 wt % loading level, however the higher loading level than 0.25 wt % decreased tensile strength. Furthermore, the addition of MWNTs increased the tensile modulus and decreased the elongation to break.
