제목 Scale-up synthesis for Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) tagging nanoparticles with high reproducibility and stability
초록  Surface enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) based optical nanoprobes (SERS nanoprobes) are widely used for bio-applications with high sensitivity and multiplexing capabilities. Among of them, novel metal assembled nanostructure using silica supporting materials is exhibits a strong and homogenous SERS signal due to ensemble average effect and high reproducibility in preparation. From the perspective of practical application, the facile techniques for large scale synthesis with high reproducibility and long-term stability are required. In this paper, we have proposed the scale-up synthesizing method of SERS tagging nanoparticles (SERS dots) to be fabricated up to ca. 60 mg scale. The high sensitivity and long-term stability were demonstrated by single particle detection and storage in buffer solution and deionized water for 300 hours. These features allow the SERS Dots to be utilized in practical application as a targeting agent.
