Expression and characterization of nucleotidylyltransferase (kacA) gene from kanamycin gene cluster of Streptomyces kanamyceticus |
| 초록 |
The nucleotidylyltransferase (kacA) gene with 750 nucleotides is located in the biosynthetic gene cluster of kanamycin producer from Streptomyces kanamyceticus. For the overexpression of this gene, the primers were designed and the PCR product was inserted into E. coli expression vector (pET-28 a) which overexpressed to a 28 kDa protein including His-tag. The expressed enzyme was characterized to identify the function. |
