제목 Raman analysis of Chitosan-gold nano composite on optical fiber
초록 Parkinson’s disease is the incurable disease caused by the neurotransmitter. It is widely know that parkinson’s disease is related to Dopamine. In the study, raman analysis for the concentration of dopamine was performed. First step, Chitosan and gold that are adaptable in the body have been compounded to be nanoparticles at liquid state. After adhering the nano-composite to the optical fiber, effects of change of dopamine concentration on the fiber were analyzed. The surface of optical fiber was reforming with APTMS and Glutaradehyde for the reaction with chitosan-gold nano composite. Using several microscopes it was known that there exist the chitosan-gold nano composite on the reformed fiber. Finally when dopamine was reacted to chitosan-gold nano composite on the fiber, The tendency of Raman peaks for the various dopamine concentration has been observed.
