제목 | Preparation of Polyimide Based on 3-Component System having Good Optical and Thermal Properties |
초록 | Polyimides (PIs) have been interested in the field of optical film and display because of their excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. However, conventional aromatic polyimides have yellowish color due to the conjugation structure and /or the existence of a charge-transfer complex (CTC). And many colorless polyimide based on alicyclic structure were low thermal stability and poor chemical resistance. Thus, we focused on the incorporation of -SO2-, -O- linkage into the aromatic polymer structure for breaking CTC and introduced crosslinkable moiety in polyimide in order to improve the thermal and chemical resistance. Colorless polyimides were prepared from 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 3,3,'4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)phenyl]sulfone (BAPS) and 3-sulfonyldianiline (3SDA) as comonomer in order to improve the thermal property. The synthesized polyimides were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, and EA. The thermal properties were measured by DSC and TGA. The optical properties were evaluated by colormeter, hazemeter and UV-visible spectroscopy. Table 1. Optical property of polyimides based on 6FDA with 3-components. Figure 1.
