제목 Heparin based nanoparticles for noninvasive imaging and targeting
초록 Heparin has been considered for a wide range of research fields to improve drug design and delivery system. Heparin based oral drug delivery system became very famous due to its potential therapeutic windows and biocompatibilities. Several researchers have reported that heparin could be absorbed in orally in conjugation with some bile acid ligand, though heparin itself does not absorb orally due highly hydrophilicity, negativity and large molecular weight. Recently, our research team has been designed and developed heparin mediated nanoparticles which could be widely used for both therapeutic and imaging purpose. Our recent studies provide that the heparin based nanoparticles target the tumor cell in passive targeting pathway and accumulated into the tumor cell. The semiconductor QDs loaded heparin nanoparticle could also be used for oral delivery of optical imaging agent for noninvasive imaging in biomedical field.
