제목 High Carrier Transport Properties Induced by Controlled Molecular Stacking Characteristics
초록 Organic electronic devices have been made to explore potential applications due to advantages of easy fabrication and potential of module with large area. To enhancing performances of organic electronic devices, the carrier transport properties are very important point. The carrier transport properties can be enhanced by controlled molecular stacking characteristics of buffer layer materials. In this study, the buffer materials which have separate molecular stacking properties are designed and synthesized. For hybridization of separate molecular stacked materials, the carrier transport properties were enhanced. The hybrid buffer layers with controlled molecular stacking properties were introduced to organic electronic devices via solution process. As a result, carrier recombination was reduced and performance and stability of fabricated devices were enhanced.
