제목 Bio-Inspired Highly Effective Hierarchical Multiple-Patterned Plasmonic Nanostructures for Electronic Eye
초록 In this study, to fabricate the high performance organic photodiodes (OPDs) and electronic eyes (E-eyes), we utilized bio-inspired multiple-patterned plasmonic electrodes which exhibited increased light absorption compared to flat electrodes. The photo-responsivities of multiple-patterned OPDs was enhanced from 1.34 A/W to 7.86 A/W and the threshold voltages of multiple-patterned OPD-ORS stacked E-eyes were reduced over half as compared with flat E-eyes. Moreover, the flexible 7ⅹ7 E-eye array could retain the current mapping of laser after the 1000 cycles bending and for 48 h with erasing and writing for multicycle usage. Furthermore, theoretical study and near-field scanning optical microscopy revealed strong surface plasmon coupling of these nanostructured electrodes. Our study demonstrates the first successful integrated plasmonic organic optoelectronic and photo-switchable memory systems for E-eye.
