제목 | Synthesis of O-I hybrid material via Non-aqueous sol-gel process and their properties |
초록 | The organic-inorganic hybrid material made by the sol-gel process has high thermal and mechanical properties and low dielectric constant, it is widely applied in various fields such as corrosion prevention, optoelectronics, and paint. However, in the conventional sol-gel process, the sample shrinks due to evaporation of solvent and excessive water, and it is difficult to control the size of the particles because of the rapid reaction, it causes in poor reproducibility. For this reason, various studies on non-aqueous sol-gel process are under way to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional sol-gel process. In this study, organic-inorganic hybrid material was prepared by non-aqueous sol-gel process using 3-Glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (GPTMS) and Amine-based materials and Acid, Base and Neutral catalysts. And various physical properties were investigated through FT-IR, NMR, TGA, DSC, UV visible, and Pencil hardness test. |
