제목 Preparation of perovskite colloidal nanocrystal scintillator and its application to self-powered flexible all-perovskite X-ray detectors
초록 Recently, perovskite materials have received considerable attention due to its superior optoelectronic performance. Here, we synthesized CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) film and fabricated a flexible self-powered all-perovskite X-ray detector which has the high sensitivity and fast response time. The detector consists of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNC) as an X-ray scintillator and a perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 photodetector and so the self-powered flexible scintillator has a significant impact on the development of high-performance portable X-ray detectors. Therefore, we propose a flexible CsPbBr3 PNC-based scintillator coupled with a self-powered flexible MAPbI3 perovskite photodetector which doesn’t require any external bias voltage. Thus all-perovskite flexible X-ray detector will provide various functions due to its high sensitivity and is expected to be used as a versatile X-ray detector that can be applied to a wide range of applications.
