제목 Synthesis and Properties of a phosphorous-containing flame retardant epoxy resin based on bis-phenoxy(3-hydroxy) phenyl phosphine oxide
초록 A novel phosphorous-containing compound bis-phenoxy(3-hydroxy) phenyl phosphine oxide (BPHPPO) was synthesized successfullyand the phosphorous containing epoxy resin was synthesized by making use of the bis-phenoxy(3-hydroxy) phenyl phosphine oxide (BPHPPO).The flame retardant properties of the cured BPHPPO-EP was much better than that of the conventional BPA type Epoxy resin and TBBA Based Epoxy resin. Even more, the toxic gas generated in the combustion was fewer. It is difficult to handle phenyl phosphoric dichloride because it generates toxic gas during reaction and possibilities of side reaction between PPD and resorcinol. Non-Halogen materials introduce to polymer matrix. It is important to reduce the cost in flame retardant matrix.
