제목 Osteogenesis Differentiation of Rabbit Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Porous Silk Scaffolds Fabricated by Loading Hydroxyaptite at Simulated Body Fluid Solution for Bone Tissue Engineering
초록 In this study hydroxyapatite (HAp) were loaded in simulated body fluid (SBF) solution onto silk fibroin scaffold. The physicochemical properties of the materials were characterized by FTIR and compressive strength while scaffold morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive spectroscopy to validate the process used for synthesis. Finally, the response of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (rbBMSCs) in terms of cell proliferation and differentiation to the osteoblastic phenotype was evaluated using the MTT assay, alkaline phosphatase activity, RT-PCR, and histological staining. The biological results revealed that the HAp/silk scaffolds are suitablefor the proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs in vitro and in vivo, supporting osteogenesis.
