제목 Tumor-Targeting SERS Probe for Multiplex Detection and photodynamic therapy of Cancer
초록 Highly sensitive optical imaging technology using metal nanoparticles has been extensively applied to cellular imaging and biomedical diagnostics. Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) as the inelastic light scattering of gold or silver nanoparticles is emerging as a powerful alternative for identifying specific biological targets in live cells. In this study, we synthesized novel gold nanochains (AuNCs) as an active targeting SERS probe. Raman reporters and photosensitizers (PSs) were conjugated onto the surface of the AuNCs for multiplex detection and PDT action. FA was also introduced to the AuNCs for active targeting. The optical property and morphology of HA-based AuNCs were determined. We also investigated their biocompatibility, cellular localization property, and phototoxicity against MCF 7 and A549 cells.
