| 제목 | In vivo image of Hydrogel composed of cinnamoyl alginate, cinnamoyl Pluronic F127, and cinnamoyl poly(ethylene glycol) |
| 초록 | Hydrogels composed of cinnamoyl alginate, cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 and cinnamoyl poly(ethylene glcol) conjugated with RBITC (Rhodamine-B-isothiocyanate) was intravenous injected to 5 weeks old hairless mouse (SKH : hr-1) and in vivo image was obtain from Xenogen IVIS-200 System (Chuncheon Center, Korea Basic Science Institute) to see how long the hydrogels remain in the body of hairless mouse. The image was took 30 min, 4h, 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 120h, 144h after injection. |
