The Effects of Gamma-ray on Poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) Film |
초록 |
Poly(L-lactide-co-ε-caprolactone) (PLCL) consist of polylactide and polycaprolactone, and the PLCL was widely used as bioapplication fields such as drug delivery system, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine part. The PLCL films were prepared by solvent casting method. The films were irradiated by using 60Co gamma-ray at a dose rate of 10 kGy/hr. The total irradiation dose was ranged from 25 kGy to 500 kGy. The microstructures and characterization of the polymer films depending on the absorption doses of gamma ray were investigated using the XRD, GPC, FT-IR and SEM techniques. Mechanical and thermal properties were measured by Tensile strength, TGA and DSC. |
