제목 Fabrication of Conducting Materials-deposited Poly(dimethylsiloxane) Nanofiber Membrane for Mechanical Properties
초록 Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) has extensive applications in various areas including membrane technologies for water treatment and storage devices, sensors, microfluidic devices and biomedical products. We demonstrated that PDMS nanofiber fabricated first of all, core-shell electrospinning method using PDMS and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as core and shell materials. And second step, removed PVP shell layers. Conducting materials deposition on electrospun PDMS nanofiber membrane increased mechanical and electromechanical characteristics than PDMS matrix. The physicochemical properties of the PDMS nanofiber membrane was confirmed FE-SEM(Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM(Field-Emission Transmission Electron Microscope), FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis), DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry), and Tensile strength.
