제목 Proton-dependent multi-drugs release using self-assembled nanoparticles for the induction of biliary cancer cell death
초록 A new approach to load multi-drugs into a nanoparticle was developed via covalently conjugating multiple therapeutic agents with complementary charge polymer through proton dependent linkers against human biliary cancer. Multi-drug nanoparticles (MDNPs) containing paclitaxel conjugated poly-L-lysine and gemcitabine conjugated hyaluronic acid showed an advantageous feature not only of exhibiting similar pharmacokinetic property of drugs but with much more accelerated drug release at acidic endosome environment (pH=5.5) in cancer cells. Consequently, these results demonstrated that MDNPs could significantly improve the cytotoxicity and effective cellular uptake compared to free drug loading at targeted cancer cells.
