Study on delayed crystallization of polyamide-6,6 |
초록 |
In polymer processing, crystallization rate and temperature are important factors. Crystallization rate and temperature are factors that affect the dimensional stability, injection molding cycle, and mechanical properties. In this study, polyamide 6.6/glass fiber/nigrosine composite were made by twin screw extruder and injection molding. Crystallization properties of composite were analyzed by DSC. Mechanical properties of composite were investigated using UTM, and also fractured morphology was observed via FE-SEM anlaysis. |
