제목 | Surface Engineered Highly Stable Perovskite Nanocrystals by Reconstructing Surfaces |
초록 | Colloidal perovskite nanocrystals with ABX3 structure have gained immense interests from many scientists because of their easily and broadly tunable emission wavelength, narrow photoluminescence linewidth (high color purity), and facile synthetic route. However, instability issues such as phase transformation, merging, loss of colloidal stability, and PL decrease remained unsolved, therefore further advancement of colloidal perovskite NCs is significantly hindered. Herein, with an all inorganic CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, or I) perovskite NC as a model system, we demonstrate dramatic stability improvement by simple post-synthetic strategies. Our post-treated CsPbX3 NCs show considerably enhanced lifetime under ambient conditions. We interpret such enhanced stability in the context of surface reconstruction upon post-treatment. |
