제목 Colorimetric Detection of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) by Antibody Conjugated Polydiacetylene (PDA) vesicles
초록 In this project, we aimed phosphinothricin acetyltransferase(PAT) protein from GM crops as target protein and developed immunoreaction based PAT protein detection system. Due to the immunoreaction, polydiacetylene(PDA) vesicles receive a specific stimulus that lead to its color change. We can simply confirm the immunoreaction by naked eyes. Furthermore we improve its reaction sensitivity by encapsulating into the hydrogel. We named that is immunohydrogel bead. In this study, we can produce immunohydrogel bead simply with the automatic platform. And also we expect that this system will be used for GM crops detection area because of its portability and high sensitivity
