Preparation of functional polymers coated quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor for detecting Toxic gases |
| 초록 |
A quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor coated with a thin film of functional polymers was used as a sensitive method for the determination of Toxic gases. The resonant frequency was tested using a made measurement system for high sensitivity and selectivity. The functional polymers coated on 8MHz AT-cut commercial quartz crystal and measured the frequency change. Functional polymer was spin-coated and dip-coated on an At-cut quartz crystal with a silver electrode on both sides. The characterization coating on quartz surface measured by SEM and AFM. The frequency variation by toxic gases adsorption and desorption response was measured. |
