제목 친환경 비할로겐계 난연 경질 폴리 우레탄 폼의 합성
초록 Rigid polyurethane foam was synthesized with polyol and isocyanate, and formed isolated cell structure.Rigid polyurethane foam is widely used as insulating materials due to its low heat conductivity.Flammability of polyurethane foam should be enhanced since polyurethane foam is composed of organic materials.Halogen flame retardant is the most common flame retardant for rigid polyurethane foam.However, the usage of halogen flame retardant will be prohibited because of health and environmental problem.In this study, melamine phosphate was used to improve flame retardant property of rigid polyurethane foam.Rigid polyurethane foam was synthesized with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, melamine phosphate.The morphology, flame retardancy and tensile strength of the rigid foam were investigated.
