제목 | Development of photo-polymerized self-healing polymer without chemical sross-linker for self-healing film |
초록 | Self-healing polymers are intelligent materials that can restore its stucture and origainal functions damaged or transformed from external stimuli. Free motion and penetration of dangling bond through free space and mediated with water are very important for fast self-healing process. However, based on this process, it is very hard to make films which have self-healing properties. because the self-healing polymer that polymerized from thermal polymerization process are not usually dissolved by solvent. In this study, we designed novel kind of self-healing polymer that is available for photo-polymerization. this can be achieved from 'healer' mixture of various alcohol molecules. it can be introduce for replacement of the chemical cross link to physicl cross link for free motion of dangling bond and increasing flowability of polymer. through 'healer' the self-healing polymers without chemical cross linker and healed without water can be fabricated. |
