제목 Biotin-functionalized Silicon Nanoparticles Using Synthetic Solution Route
초록 A new solution route to biotin-functionalized silicon nanoparticles for biosensors have been develpoed. Hydrogen-capped silicon nanoparticles with strong blue photoluminescence (PL) were synthesized by the metathesis reaction of magnesium silicide with ammonium chloride. The hydrogen-capped Si nanoparticles were further terminated with biotin group. Biotin-functionalized Silicon Nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, FT-IR, UV-vis, and PL spectroscopy.
