제목 복합 알루미나 미분체의 소성 온도에 따른 구조적 특성에 관한 연구
초록 We manufactured a stable composite alumina in high-temperature by Sol-Gel encapsulation method in our research. A great variety of promoters impregnated on the inside and outside of a alumina by the sol-gel process for high-temperature stability. Moreover, this sol-gel technique is a method that can be encapsulated active agents on the surface of sol in the step of sol preparation. High-temperature stable alumina particles selected as a basic support. And We investigated effects of process variables from alumina sol preparation process and control microstructure and surface property of alumina particles as well as sol particles. Besides, Several promoters such as Si, La and rare-earth oxides will add to the alumina sol for high-temperature stability. And we will investigate the optimum condition of stable support such as amount of addition and condition of addition for the preparation of the best high-temperature stability. Then we know that the structural characterization among the composite alumina are differed according to the sintering temperature.
