Trends in Wet Chemical Synthesis of Sulfide Solid Electrolytes for All-Solid-State Li Batteries |
초록 |
Thanks to the significant advances in materials and processes over the past decade, the commercial production of all-solid-state Li batteries (ASSLBs) is likely to be launched within the upcoming decade. Among the various type of solid electrolytes for ASSLBs, sulfide solid electrolytes have attracted the greatest attention due to the high ionic conductivity comparable to commercial liquid electrolytes as well as the excellent deformability. The chemical or electrochemical instability issues have been overcome by interfacial or surface engineering but challenges still remain in material cost and scalability. As the current process mostly relies on mechanochemical method which is difficult to scale, the development of a cheap and scalable wet chemical method is urgently required. In this presentation, the recent trends in wet chemical approaches for sulfide solid electrolytes is summarized. The fundamental solution chemistry and reaction mechanisms are also discussed. |
