All solid-state batteries are promising as next-generation batteries, but they still have the problem of explosion hazard and high interfacial resistance compared to liquid electrolytes. To solve this problem, LPSCl of the sulfide solid electrolytes was great attention due to their excellent electrical properties such as high ionic conductivity, compared to oxide solid electrolytes. In this study, we demonstrated a wet process with easy particle size control of sulfide solid electrolyte was performed to reduce the interfacial contact resistance compared to dry process. Among the various technique for achieving high ion conductivity in wet process, the solvent of mixture is an important factor to affecting size and ionic conductivity. In this study, the three solvents such as Ethyl Acetate, Ethanol and Acetonitrile were used, and the other conditions were the same except for the solvent. It will be used for next-generation secondary battery using this electrolytes advantages. |
