제목 Thermally stable gel polymer electrolytes based on crosslinked perfluoropolyether (PFPE) for lithium secondary batteries
초록 Gel polymer electrolytes based on a crosslinked PFPE network (FGPE) are prepared via simple solution casting method, followed by UV curing process. Overall characteristics of the FGPE including ionic conductivity, thermal properties, and cell performance are investigated. The ionic conductivity and Li+ transference number of the FGPE at 60 ℃ are 1.72 x 10-5 S cm-1, and 0.53, respectively. The FGPE is thermally stable up to 175 ℃ without any weight loss, and electrochemically stable up to 5.0 V (vs. Li/Li+). Therefore, the prepared FGPEs are suitable for safety-enhanced high-temperature lithium batteries.
