| 제목 | Characteristics of CuInS2 Films Deposited by a Solution Coating Method |
| 초록 | In this study, the characteristics of CuInS2 films were investigated. The CuInS2 films were deposited by a solution coating method. CuInS2 ink was synthesized using copper (II) acetylacetonate, indium(III) acetylacetonate, o-dichlorobenzene and sulfur. This ink was spin-coated on glass substrates and then prepared films were annealed in various temperatures. The properties of CuInS2 films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
