제목 Surface embedding GQDs-Ni(OH)2 coating on carbon fiber clothes for supercapacitors
초록 Although the high theoretical capacity of transition metal oxides and hydroxides, the short of electron transport ability and top speed of capacity decay at high rates limit their electrochemical performance. Thus the composites of carbon and transition metals have attracted researchers’ attention in terms of energy storage. In this paper, we put attention on a gentle solvothermal method to synthesis GQDs-Ni(OH)2@CFCs for supercapacitors in only one step which results in an extremely high specific capacitance of 1360 F g-1 at a scan rate of 1 A g-1. One of the sharpest contract between the sample is the stability of capacitance that the specific capacitances of with GQDs is 369 F g-1 at 50 mV s-1 after 2000 cycles while without GQDs is 174 F g-1.
