제목 High performance polyimide-based gate dielectrics for organic and oxide field-effect transistors
초록 To improve the performance of solution processable electronics, there is a particular need for solution proccessable, high performance dielectrics that can serve as gate insulators in organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) or oxide semiconductor TFT. Solution proccessable polyimides are promising gate dielectrics because of their good chemical resistance, low leakage current density, and high thermal stability. In this talk, insulator polymer structure design, synthesis, new surface modification approaches and reduced TFT operating voltages with ultra-thin dielectric film and high k dielectric material will be presented.
