One of the energy storage systems, supercapacitors have good charge-disgharge cycle life. Among them, Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) have spacious surface areas as supercapacitor electrode materials. Various ratio binary ligand Nickel-MOFs consist of 1,3,5-Trimesic acid (H3BTC) and terephthalic acid were used working electrode materials in three electrode cell. When synthesizing MOFs, it is possible to synthesize uniform crystals using hydrothermal synthesis. This binary ligand Ni-MOFs appeared to high specific capacitance and broad surface area. The morphology of composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Electrochemical properties were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge (GCD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in 6M KOH electrolyte. |
