The impact of oxyfluorinated MWCNT additives on the electrical phenomenon of the HDPE polymeric switch |
초록 |
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used to reduce the positive temperature coefficient (PTC)/negative temperature coefficient (NTC) phenomenon of oxyfluorinated MWCNT-filled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) polymeric switches. Electron transfer was difficult in the MWCNT interface particles, when the oxygen functional groups were increased by oxyfluorination. This fact makes increase the PTC intensity of polymeric switch by the destruction of the electrical conductivity network. Also, the introduction of fluorine on the MWCNTs surface led to a weakly of NTC. |
