White polymer light emitting diodes with multilayer emitting structure |
| 초록 |
Polymer white light emitting diodes with multilayer emitting structure were developed by stacking emitting layers. An interlayer between emitting layers was introduced to stack two emitting layers and water dispersed interlayer was effective to block interlayer mixing between emitting layers. The interlayer formulation was contolled to get uniform thin film of emitting layers. Optimization of the thickness of organic layers could give white emission and the light emission could be manipulated by just controlling the thickness of emitting layers. In addition, color stability of white polymer light emitting diodes with stacked emitting structure was improved by using multilayer emitting structure instead of conventional single layer emitting structure. |
