제목 A study on effect of capping agents and properties of ZnO nanoparticles
초록 ZnO nanoparticles have been widely used as a multifunctional material suitable for a variety of applications due to its unique electrical and optical properties and high chemical stability. During synthesis five capping agents : Triethanolamine(TEA), Oleic acid,Tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS), Mercaptosuccinic acid(Ms) and Polyvynylpyrrolidone(PVP)were used and effect of concentrations was analyzed for their effectiveness in limiting the particle growth. The obtained particles were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, TEM and UV-VIS. In this study, TEA is more effective capping agent than other things.
