제목 The Effect of Metal Oxide Nanoparticles on PEO Based Composite Polymer Electrolyte in Solid State Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Solid state dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) employing polymer electrolyte has exhibited lower conversion efficiency compared to liquid state DSSCs. In this study, metal oxide nanoparticles (TiO2, Al2O3 etc.) were adopted to improve conversion efficiency of polymer-oligomer blend electrolyte system. In here, metal oxide nanoparticles reduce crystallinity of polymer and improve ionic conductivity. Photovoltaic performances of DSSCs were changed differently according to the type of metal oxide nanoparticles. Interfacial behavior and diffusion coefficient of I-/I3- were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and polymer crystallinity upon the addition of metal oxide nanoparticles was measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
