| 제목 | Monitoring of initially attached microorganism on metal electrode by the electrochemical measurement |
| 초록 | Matured Biofilms cause a lot of problems in various areas andare much more difficult to control than initially attached microorganism. Thus Initial control of biofilms has emerged toa major issue recently. Therefore we aimed to investigate electrochemical signal change caused by adhesion of microorganism on metal electrode surface. We discuss the relation between capacitance of double layer and adhesion of microorganism on metal electrode surface through measurement of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. |
