Surface modification of PTFE with ion implantation |
| 초록 |
The ion implantation of PTFE films was performed with various ions (He, Ne, Ar) at an energy level of 150 keV with fluences ranging from 1 x 1014 to 1 x 1017 ions/cm2. The structural changes of ion-implanted films have been investigated by using XPS, SEM, and water contact angle measurement. Biocompatibility of ion implanted PTFE has been studied by means of cell adhesion measurements. |
