제목 Preparation and antibacterial properties of functional SMC
초록 Recently, non-volatile and non-soluble inorganic materials for antibacterial have been studied in various research and industrial fields. In this study, glass fiber reinforced composite materials were prepared by SMC process. Zeolite and Ag-substituted hydroxyapatite were added as an antibacterial agent in the range of 0.1~1.0 wt.%. Tensile strength, flexural modulus and flexural strength were measured by UTM. Impact strength was tested by Izod impact tester. We observed that the glass fiber and antibacterial agent were dispersed well. Result from antibacterial test showed that most of samples were effective.
