제목 Large Area Inkjet Printed Organic Photovoltaic Modules
초록 We reveal that substantial improvements can be realized by nano-structured heterojunction after inkjet printing and this technique is one of the promising fabrication methods for organic photovoltaic cells. Also, we have fabricated large area series connected inkjet-printed OPV module, which active area is around 50 cm2. And 55.1 mW power can be obtained under 100 mW/cm2 of AM 1.5G with a short circuit current of 28.3 mA, a fill factor of 0.39, and an open circuit voltage of 5 V have been achieved. Finally, we have plan to study on the process and performance of large area full printed OPVCs including metal cathode.
