Synthesis of rare earth elements doped nanostructure CeO2 by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Fluid |
초록 |
The interest in the preparation and application of nanometer size materials is increasing since they can exhibit properties of great industrial interest. Several techniques have been proposed to produce nanomaterials using supercritical fluids. Novel nanostructure materials are attracting a great deal of interest because of their potential applications in nanodevice, catalysts, sensors, and so on. In this study, one rare earth elements doped nanostructure CeO2 synthesized via supercritical carbon dioxide fluid at 120~135℃. The size of nanofibers was about 40nm width. This method has the advantage of low reaction temperature and without any help of metal catalysts or capping agent, relative simplicity. Gadolinium doped ceria nanofiber synthesized via supercritical carbon dioxide fluid at 120~135℃. With increasing temperature, nanofibers appeared network structure and agglomerated but low pressure appeared nanoparticle. Experiment showed that the controlled of nanofibers and nanoparticles can be realized through changing the reaction time, temperature and pressure. Cerium oxide nanostructures were characterized using XRD, BET, EDS, TG/DSC and SEM. |
