제목 Fabrication of functional PAN nanofiber through syringeless electrospinning and CVD process
초록 Electrospinning is very easy method to manufacture nanofiber because of its convenience to fiberize diverse polymer solution. Although this method has various advantage, there is a large difficulty in commercialization because this fiberizing method is based on syringe system. On the other hand, nanofiber couldn’t have high ability without surface functionalizing. So, Surface functionalization is important segment at nanofiber industry. However, surface functionalization which based on solution system has disadvantage that broken fiber morphology. Thus, to overcome these limitations, we used the syringeless electrospinning which used helically probed conductive rods and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The syringeless electrospinning system has high producibility than general electrospinning. Thereby treating amine compounds to surface via CVD, the morphologies are maintained functionalizing the surface of nanofiber.
