제목 Synthesis and properties of photoinitiator free reactive mesogens based on triphenylene core
초록 Currently, organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have already shown promising applications in flexible displays, sensors, and radio frequency identification (RFID) cards. The high performance of OTFTs have been studied for the organic semiconductors, insulating materials, electrodes and interfacial engineering. The high field-effect charge mobility in organic semiconductor has been associated with both of the well π-π stacking of molecules and the highly ordered molecular orientation in the solid state. In this discussion, we will report the design and synthesis of well packed discotic liquid crystalline mesogens with photoinitiator free long wavelength reactive group, cinnamoyl, naphthylacryloyl, biphenylacryloyl, based on triphenylene. And, we’ll also report the spectroscopic characterization and liquid crystalline properties of synthesized mesogens.
