제목 Synthesis and Color Tunable Light-Emitting Cyanofluorenylvinylene-alt-cyanophenylenevinylene Copolymers by Heck Reaction
초록 A new series of cyanofluorenylvinylene-alt-cyanophenylenevinylene based copolymers with different substitutents were synthesized through Heck coupling reaction. A light-emitting diode (LED) was fabricated by sandwitching the emissive polymers between indium-tin oxide (ITO) and aluminum electrode. Turn-on voltage of the resulting EL polymers are about 5 V for current and luminance, respectively. The maximum brightness of polymers and luminance efficiency are about 8500 cd/m2 with a current density of 75 A/cm2 at 12 V and , 0.21 lm/W at 6.7 V, respectively.
