제목 | Photorefractive Sol-Gel Materials Based on Diethylaminobenzaldehyde-diphenylhydrazone and Barbituric Acid Derivatives |
초록 | We present herein the synthesis and optical properties of the sol-gel material containing a hole-transporting molecule and a NLO chromophore. The silylated sol-gel precursor was synthesized by the urethane-forming reaction of isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane and diethylaminobenzaldehyde-diphenylhydrazone(DEH) derivativies. Coating solution was prepared by the hydrolysis and condensation of the precursor under basic condition. The thick film(100mm) was prepared by the sandwiching method onto an indium tin oxide(ITO) glass substrate. The glass-transition temperature of the hybrid material was determined by differential scanning calorimeter. Crosslinking was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. Both photoconductivity and diffraction efficient were measured by the simple DC method and four-wave mixing experiments using He-Ne laser(632nm), respectively. |
