Fabrication of well-aligned nano-rod arrays of poly(3-hexylthiophene) by infiltration in anodic aluminum oxide nano templates |
초록 |
Highly ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates for fabrication of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) nanorods. AAO templates were made in two-step anodizing process in oxalic acid electrolyte. Conjugated polymer nanorod arrays were prepared by filling of P3HT into the pores of AAO templates using by the vacuum and efficient etching process. In this method, well-aligned nanorods of polymer were arrayed on the indium tin oxide (ITO) substrates. Significantly, this approach offers a potential technique platform for high-performance nanorod-based solar cell devices and might enable one bottom-up strategy for future nanotechnologies. |
