제목 Syringeless electrospinning technique via HPRC to overcome limitation of general electrospinning
초록 Electrospinning is very generic technique to prepare nanofibers because various polymeric solutions can be adopted. However, the technique couldn’t be used in practical applications because the technique not only consumed relatively high energy, but their production rate is also low. To overcome these limitations, many researchers have studied various techniques such as needleless electrospinning. Although the needleless electrospinning promoted the production rate of nanofibers, the system decreased diversity of polymeric solution and higher energy was consumed. Here, we prepared the nanofibers via syringeless electrospinning. The syringeless system fabricated the nanofiber in rate of 3.5 g/min and prepared the nanofiber without any morphological destructions because it could reduce the interference between rods. Furthermore, the system could prepare the nanofiber which were hard to fabricate such as colloidal- and high crystallinity-nanofibers.
