Microfluidic reactor using elastomeric polymer for efficient mixing |
| 초록 |
Here we demonstrated simple microfluidic mixer using elastomeric polymer. Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) was used to make thin membrane for the operation of pneumatic microvalve. The efficient mixing of two reagents in the micromixer was presented. Moreover, the mixing efficiency could be controlled by adjusting some parameters such as valve operation frequency and applied pressure to the microvalves. The device presented in this study will have potentials for biological and industrial applications |
