제목 The penetration of siRNA modified silica nanoparticles into living cell using cell penetrating peptides (CPPs)
초록 FITC-doped silica nanoparticles(SiNPs) have excellent fluorescence intensity and great biocompatibility. Originally, it`s very difficult bare SiNPs enter into a live cell then have to surface modification. Therefore, these FITC-doped SiNPs have functionalized using HIV1-TAT peptides. In this study, we prepared TAT-functionalized SiNPs conjugated siRNA and TAT peptide for the purpose of improving intracellular delivery.
